The staff liaised with me prior to my trip, during my trip and after the trip which is exceptional customer care. The hotel was able to look after our belongings when we arrived as we were early to check in, this meant we could go and explore Paris straight away which was amazing. Not only did the staff speak English, they helped me to learn some new French words and appreciated my attempts to speak French. They were kind to take time and help us with our exploration of the city by telling us the best places to go and showing us on the maps. The staff were friendly, encouraging and able to help book a taxi when we had to leave to go to the Eurostar for our return home. My 14 year old son commented on the kindness and approachability of the staff who were there 24/7. The local metro station (Pigalle) was a short walk away and there were some lovely restaurants nearby too. We will definitely be returning for a second visit.

It was clean, the bathroom was completly new, location is close to metro, close to shops, restaurants and most importantly - very close to Montmantre. The staff was very nice, especially the younger staff member with dark hair and glasses (whose name i unfortanetly not know), who was working night shift on the night of 28.6.-29.6. who helped us in the middle of the night when our flight was cancelled and called us a taxi and also helped us make a plan on how to get home.

I was a student traveling to stay one night in Paris, and I had been in university housing and wanted something nicer than that but still a student budget. This was perfect! I got a comfy bed, more room than a dorm with a great shower. It was exactly what I wanted for my trip, close to restaurants and a metro station. I was coming from communal living and not great conditions, so this felt so luxurious.

Perfect location, so impressed with the location, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and little local shops, close to a metro station and only 15 mins walk to Gare du Nord, hotel room was perfect size for our family super clean and was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and didn’t even have to request this and super value for money

Lydia

Ten minutest from Pigalle underground station on foot. There are many little shops, bars in the neighborhood. Big comfy bed. Fun fact: Rodolphe Salis the creator of Le Chat Noir (you will see his black cat everywhere in the souvenir shops of the city) was lived in the house in front of the hotel.
